MY ROLE
I led the UI/UX design for JellyPush, creating an intuitive interface and developing a comprehensive design system for iOS and web platforms. I conducted extensive market and competitive research to ensure a perfect product-market fit. Additionally, I designed the app‘s landing page, in-app motion design, and marketing assets for email campaigns and ads. I also established unified branding, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and strengthening JellyPush‘s identity.
Solution Design and Approach
COMPREHENSIVE RESEARCH AND ITERATION
Based on insights from interviews at VidCon and Vidsummit, I led the design of JellyPush with a clear focus on delivering a solution that was both intuitive and efficient for creators. Creators needed a way to manage their content across platforms without switching between apps. Maintaining the best video while removing watermarks was essential to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, they wanted time-saving features that would streamline the reposting process with minimal steps.

BRANDING
I crafted a sleek, modern visual identity for JellyPush, centered around a bold purple color palette with dynamic accents. The design incorporated shadow effects, lighting, animated strokes, and glass-like textures, giving the app a premium and luxurious feel. This distinct visual style enhanced the product‘s appeal, making JellyPush stand out while ensuring consistency across the app, website, and marketing materials.

Although JellyPush is still in its early stage of launch, the app received strong interest at VidCon & Vidsummit, with a significant number of creators signing up for the beta program. As the app evolves, more detailed conclusions will be drawn based on user feedback and ongoing improvements.




CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS
After launch, I closely monitored UX Cam sessions to observe real user interactions, identifying pain points and opportunities for optimization. I also tracked Mixpanel stats to identify where users were dropping off within the flow. Based on this data, I worked with the development team to implement iterative updates and improvements. Additionally, I regularly updated App Store assets and ads assets, ensuring visuals and descriptions were optimized based on user reviews and analytics.
